*I got this recipe from a wonderful lady I use to go to church with when we were at Fort Riley, KS.
((makes 2 pies))
Ingredients:
2 - graham pie crusts
2 - 16oz tubs cool whip
1 1/4 cup peanut butter (crunchy if you like)
1 - 18oz cream cheese
1 - bag of chocolate & PB chips
1 - bag of toffee
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix 16oz cool whip w/ cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar & vanilla extract (mix well)
Add 1/2 bag of chocolate/pb chips & toffee.
Pour into pie crusts.
*topping*
mix 16oz cool whip w/ remaining chips and toffee
Freeze for about an hour & ENJOY!!
*chocolate pie crust also tastes great with this!
Oooh, that sounds delicious, and easy, which is a fatal thing to my diet. I'm going to try it anyway!
